Frank Calvo - Of Counsel

Attorney Frank Calvo has a diverse and extensive background in ITAR, EAR, OFAC and various export legal matters. Currently, he provides business consulting and legal counsel to various U.S. large and small corporations and major International corporations with offices in CONUS and OCONUS locations worldwide. Frank has handled numerous ITAR related investigations brought on behalf of the DDTC.

After graduating from South Miami Senior High, Mr. Calvo served in the prestigious United States Army First Airborne Ranger Battalion from 1985 through 1989. While in the Army, Mr. Calvo exceeded his peers in becoming one of the youngest soldiers to be promoted to the rank of Sergeant. In addition, he graduated from Airborne School, Ft. Benning, Ga., Ranger School, Ft. Benning, Ga., The Marine Corps Sniper Instructor School, Quantico, Virginia, Special Forces SERE School, Jump Master School, FT. Bragg, North Carolina and graduated top candidate in Leadership from the Non-Commissioned Officer Academy, Ft. Stewart, Georgia.

In 1989, Mr. Calvo was honorably discharged from his duty and service from the United States Army. Following his military service, Mr. Calvo obtained Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
